Barrett (Character)

Barrett
To bring the Legends series back from the past after ten years, Capcom decided to create a new hero figure and reintroduce the important events of the previous games through his eyes. That character is the mysterious Barrett, a well-versed digger who specializes in melee style attacks in addition to using the more common, long-range projectile weapons.

Barrett has assumed a leadership role over the Bright Bats, weakest of the Rebel Rider gangs in Teomo City. He sees them as a force for good in the city, and with his expertise he hopes to build them up into the greatest gang around, though his thrill-seeking nature and passion for adventure often get him into trouble.

Despite his rather carefree attitude and wild nature, he likes the words "duty" and "obligation", and can be strangely old-fashioned at times. He also seems to have some connection to Roll and the Bonnes. In the Prototype Version, Roll says he "seems like family."
