MegaMan needs a boat when he wants to head out to the Lake Jyun Sub-Gate. Unfortunately the only boat available at Wily's Boat House is a broken down one, left behind when all the other boats were stolen. Roll, with her love of machinery, instinctively begins to fix the boat. Only when she is done does she find out Wily has been standing over her the whole time. Fortunately he doesn't mind (who would?) and as thanks, he lets Roll and MegaMan use the boat any time they want.

Fans of the original Mega Man series will no doubt appreciate the name borrowed for this character.
