Amelia is the mayor of Kattelox Island. She cares very much for her community and keeps things on the island running smoothly.

Once the Caskett family crash lands on her island, Amelia gives them permission to dig in the island's sub-gates. As things progress, she goes from concerned to worried about a legend which states that the island will suffer a terrible disaster should its legendary treasure ever be unearthed. She must place all her hopes on Mega Man to stop the pirates and prevent the disaster.

Mayor of the island is a very important role to be sure, but all Amelia really does throughout the game is a lot of talking.
