The Guildmaster is in charge of the ruins on Nino Island, and is seriously stressed out by the pirates trying to break into them through the city. With the city's defenses sabotaged the situation there looks bleak until MegaMan arrives on the scene and saves the day, but before that happens the Guildmaster has the Flutter shot down.
