Ira is a young girl stuck in the Uptown Hospital until she gets better.

She has no direct bearing on the game's story at all unless MegaMan visits her in the hospital. By donating Zenny to improve the hospital's equipment, Ira will recover much more quickly.

Ira can be summed up as a little girl who expects the hero of the island to come and visit her.
