Enough support could see these games properly preserved, or entice Capcom to release a Legends Legacy Collection.

Tuttle (Character)

Tuttle
Among the weird people found in the Shala-kun caves, he is probably the weirdest of all.

Tuttle can be found at various points throughout the ruins, usually standing around pondering a problem. His strange, almost eerie laugh echoes throughout the caves, and occasionally you can find him swinging his cane—at what is anyone's guess. Incidentally, he can't swim.
