Once MegaMan unlocks the Main Gate, the Bonnes are ready to crush him once and for all. Their massive airship, the Gesellschaft, pulls up behind the Flutter to attack, and pursues it through the sky. MegaMan must head up to the deck for battle while Teisel deploys a group of Draches.

After the Draches are taken down, the Gesellschaft moves in closer do battle on its own. However, the mighty ship acts more as a home and mobile base for the Bonnes, rather than a battleship. From the lower front "mouth" area, slow moving bombs are fired which can usually be destroyed in midair before they ever reach their target.

The Gesellschaft is weak on its underside and the wing engines. While being attacked in these areas, the ship's only means of fighting back are some weak cannons, located high up on each side of the ship. When all else fails, the skull marking on the front of the ship provides some last resort fire power in the form of the Bonnes' seemingly favorite green blast balls.

The defeat of the Gesellschaft means that the Bonnes have lost practically everything, but even still, they're not about to give up. In Teisel's own words, "You didn't think you'd be able to take care of us that easily, did you?"
