Making a return from the original, the Horokko (commonly and mistakenly referred to as Zakobon) now come in four different varieties. Aside from varying in appearance from one another, they also have different markings and a lack of a single reaverbot eye found in the Kattelox version.
The first to be encountered are the Snow Horokko, found on Forbidden Island as well as the mine area of Calinca Island. Next comes the regular Horokko, which pop up from the ground on Calbania Island. The Fire Horokko are found in the Saul Kada Ruins, occasionally dropped from the mouths of Engurbots, and can also be found on Elysium. Finally, the Ice Horokko dwell within the deep cold of the Calinca Ruins.
Unlike the Horokko of Kattelox, these new varieties do not shoot, but try only to cause damage through direct physical attacks. It is possible for a strong enough digger to walk right through the Horokko and Snow Horokko, knocking the reaverbots aside without taking any damage. However, contact with the Fire and Ice Horokko will cause potentially lethal status problems.
