New information has come to light for Rockman DASH Adventure to Save the Planet, the unusual Legends game from Taiwan.
Although it was known that the game comes on two discs, Disc 1 ran the game seemingly fine on its own, and no one within the community had been able to discover what, if anything, was on the elusive Disc 2. Thanks to vilepixel, who recently acquired a sealed copy of the game and opened it, the mystery is solved. Disc 2 is essentially a collection of video cut scenes, which explains why the rest of the game ran without them. Certainly the most interesting thing of note from this new content is a brief appearance by Tron, who was previously thought to be only on the cover. Some years back fans set about the task of not only translating but also dubbing a play through of the Japanese cell phone game, Rockman DASH Big 5 Island Adventure. The videos only got as far as covering the events of the first island, but now things are moving again. Check out these five videos already posted within the past few weeks. And well done to all involved!

Additionally in the realm of things we're late to report on, GetMeOffTheMoon is presently running another event, this time to create a book for the developers of Mega Man 11, to show them how much their work is appreciated. While this isn't directly Legends news, it's worth remembering that great success for Mega Man 11 could lead to more Mega Man revivals in future. The team will be accepting entries through July 12th.
And additionally in the realm of things ending soon, anyone working on or interested in working on GMOTM's RESOLVE THE CLIFFHANGER event has until July 18th to do so.

Check it out, GetMeOffTheMoon has launched a new BOSS BREAKOUT event!
This new event wants you to design MegaMan's next big enemy, which can be done as a stand-alone entry, or as a supplement to work together with entries for GMOTM's ongoing RESOLVE THE CLIFFHANGER event, which is pretty cool thinking on their part.

A whole bunch of 3D models rips are now up for grabs on Sky Pirate Arcade, thanks to the efforts of Xinus22 and Kion! I thought the news was interesting enough to warrant the extra exposure here, particularly now while GetMeOffTheMoon is running their RESOLVE THE CLIFFHANGER event. Entries for the event can get as creative as you want, and images or videos utilizing these models could be pretty cool.

If you haven't seen it yet, GetMeOffTheMoon is running a new event from now until the Legends 3 cancellation date, July 18th. The focus of this event is to RESOLVE THE CLIFFHANGER that we were left with at the end of Legends 2. That cliffhanger was nearly two decades ago, so there's been plenty of time for everyone to speculate and imagine what comes next. Now's your chance to shine as you tell your version of what happens after Legends 2. Entrants are welcome to use whatever medium, be it a comic, video, audio, or just plain old writing. The story is the key. You can even use older work if say, you've already written a piece of fan fiction that fits the criteria.
