Hello to everyone! I'm proud to announce the arrival of this all new site, version 2 of Mega Man Legends Station! Unfortunately, it isn't quite as triumphant of a moment as planned, and so I am going to take the time to tell you why...

What's the Problem?
Well, this may seem a tad familiar. The site is launching without two of its major sections. No Mega Man Legends 2 content, no Misadventures of Tron Bonne content... I know, you're thinking what the heck have I been doing all this time, and we'll get to that in a moment. First let me say that although we used to have some content in those two sections, and it may seem that we now have less content than before, this is not the case. Nor is it the case that we are going to let those sections sit empty for another 6 months again. Indeed, these sections are well under construction, but I would like to launch them in large chunks instead of bit by bit.

What Happened?
There are several reasons things ended up this way. As you may have read, I was working feverishly on the site, 8 hours a day when I had my real job to do, 14 hours a day when I was off. Those are not exaggerated estimations, and this lasted about 2 full weeks. Then I got sick, and simply could not focus. It was the worst sickness I've had in about 3 years. This stopped my progress and cut out a large chunk of my preparation time. But it wasn't just that, other things changed along the way. Even though I was working fast I was working well. I wanted to give this site a total overhaul, not just make it an updated version of the old one which was full of problems. My resolve grew, my determination leaped way up, and I decided I was going to do everything right, sweat the details, even if that meant it would take twice as long. And I realized that a web site that will eventually contain everything I have planned, cannot be made by a single person in the amount of time I had given myself.

So What IS There to Look At?
All right, prepare yourself. First off we've got an all new look and layout. Obviously this is a big change that is apparent right off the bat. Organization and navigation are vastly improved. Loading times are much faster as well.
All that Site Related stuff on the left there has been completely gone over, edited, updated, you name it. We've also placed openings for affiliation, which we will begin soon and it will help more people find us. The more people who visit, the happier we get, and the more we feel the need to keep improving! Makes sense right?
The Fan Sections have had a some nice little changes (and it's the little things that count), the Fan Art now gives each artist their own scrolling page within the page, so it won't be a LONG page when we get more and more artists. Thanks to a suggestion from Dia Aren Marie, we have descriptions of each story in the Fan Fiction, so people can see what sort of story they will be reading.
And now the REALLY good stuff. In the Mega Man Legends (1) section, we've upgraded galore!

--The Characters section has been greatly enhanced with edited descriptions, high quality official artwork, top quality sprites from the game, and even screenshots for some of them.
--We have some REALLY nice and complete stuff in the Guides section now, thanks to Estil of Mega Man Network.
--Remember our great Official Art section? Well it's more than doubled its size, and most of these new pics are very large and extremely high quality, and some of those pictures are very rare indeed. Oh, and I almost forgot there are thumbnail images of each piece now too!
--Triple the amount of previous Wallpapers we had, some pretty funky stuff there.
--In the old site we had about 50 low quality screenshots at small size. ALL of them have been wiped away to make room for an all new set of 110, newly captured, high-res screens at 400x300 pixels each!
--Our music section has seen a dramatic change as well! New Midis are there for your listening pleasure, and we have a return of the MP3s! But it's not quite the same as you might remember it- it's much better!
--AND MUCH MORE! We cannot stress enough the amount of time and hard work that has gone into these sections! Be sure to check everything out!

And as an extra tid-bit, we've now added an "Other Games" section as well. This section contains information on games where Mega Man Legends characters or references are included. Small, but it will help add to the completeness of the site.

So When Does the Endless Webmaster Commentary End?
